Stephanie Grober Joins “Life & Law” Podcast to Talk Content Marketing Strategy for Lawyers

Horowitz Agency’s Marketing & Public Relations Director Stephanie Grober recently joined the Life & Law Podcast with Heather Moulder for a candid conversation about why many attorneys find marketing to be overwhelming. She shared practical steps to help attorneys build more online visibility and authority in their field, with a focus on content marketing and public relations. 

In the episode, “Content Marketing 101 For Lawyers,” Stephanie highlights how many lawyers are already doing plenty promotion worthy activities. 

“If you’re speaking at conferences but you’re not promoting them on social media, or your firm is not promoting them… you’re missing opportunities to generate more exposure,” she tells listeners. “[As legal marketers] we want to leverage what [attorneys are] already doing and then maximize the potential of it.”

Stephanie explains that staying active on LinkedIn, securing earned media placements, and seeking out yearly awards is how attorneys get found by potential clients now that AI has changed modern marketing strategies. AI search tools scan media coverage, award rankings and social profiles to retrieve and index attorney names. Ensuring you are profiled and quoted in the right lists and outlets is now necessary to familiarize AI with who you are and what you do. 

For attorneys still on the fence about PR and marketing, Stephanie is honest about what it can and can’t do. Steady media placements reinforce referrals, build credibility in new practice areas and help AI search platforms connect your name to the right topics. Media success doesn’t happen out of nowhere, she stresses. It’s the result of consistency and playing the long game. 

“PR is long-term. We’re going on a journey.”
